This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do. Effective October 11, 2026.

Who we are

Excelsior Applied Systems LLC is a New York limited liability company at 30 3rd Street, Troy, NY 12180, United States of America. We are the controller of any personal information described here. Write to info@excelsiorapplied.com with any question about this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers excelsiorapplied.com and the email you send to addresses at excelsiorapplied.com. It does not cover LinkedIn or any other site we link to, which have their own policies.

What we collect

  • Email you send us, including your name, your email address, and whatever you write. We keep it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
  • Standard technical information that our hosting provider records when a page is requested, such as the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. It is used for security and to keep the site running.

What we do not do

  • We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
  • We have no accounts, no forms, and no newsletter.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Who sees it

Two providers process data on our behalf. Amazon Web Services hosts the site in the United States. Google Workspace handles our email. Each is bound by its own terms to use the data only to provide the service. We disclose information when the law requires it and in no other case.

How long we keep it

We keep email for as long as the conversation or relationship it belongs to is active, and for up to seven years afterward where records of a business relationship must be kept. Hosting logs are kept only as long as our provider's standard retention.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@excelsiorapplied.com and we will answer within twenty business days. If you are in a place with a data protection authority, you can also complain to it.

Do Not Track and changes

Because we track nothing, the site treats every visitor the same whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track signal. If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date.
